    Rex .... There is a number engraved on the rear end of the shaft. I believe that a "14" is the early cam and "15" is the later cam. See page M3a2 of the Supplement manual.

    The terminal closest to the engine is connected to the small starter wire. Rex, if you bought the adapter kit, the pig tail would be attached to the correct terminal and provide a screw connection...
