    Unhappy Engine/carburetor tune-up

My 1959 190sl needs both an engine and carburetor tune-up. I live in central pa and haven't been able to identify a shop or mechanic to do the job. Does anyone have a suggestion/recommendation?

I do not know what all you want done, but I would be happy tune it up for you. I am about 40 minutes from you in Mechanicsburg. It it would not be until after the holidays, and preferably when it gets warmer.

I've got access to a heated shop in Kutztown that could be available on a weekend after the holidays. You are both welcome.

What kind of carb are you running?

Hi everyone, I have the same problem. I am struggling to find a mechanic/shop to do a tune-up and carburetor tune-up in northern Virginia. Any thoughts?

    Tom,
I would love to take you up on your offer. As far as I know my car has the original carburetors. I live between Harrisburg and Hershey but my car is in a garage I own in Shippensburg. I could have the car towed to your shop or to Paul's shop in Kutztown. I believe we may have met at the 190SL gathering in the Lehigh Valley a few years ago. I will be in the area until May and then travel plans will take me away for a few months. How would you like to proceed?

Thanks for your offer Paul. As you may have noted in my reply to Tom, I believe the carbs are original to the car.
