1957... parting out the entire drivetrain

    Hello Forum Friends,
My project took a drastic turn. We've gone from a stock restoration to full on Resto-Mod. I'm pretty excited about it - yet I'm reluctant to share details this early in the build. Purists will hate what we are doing, but the bottom of the car was too far gone and too many parts missing to go back to original. So, we have embraced our non-original build and are going ALL OUT.

    I have parts to sell.

Fresh motor. Completely rebuilt, never run.
Bellhousing is sandblasted, ready for new owner
    transmission - all original
Entire front end was pulled. Waiting for new host vehicle
Complete rear axle assembly including trailing arms
    Radiator
SOLEX!!!! (I have 3... one is completely rebuilt plus 2 parts carbs that can complete the second)
    Transmission linkage
    Brake pedal assembly
    Brake booster
    Wheels
    Fuel tank
    original fuel lines
    Wheel trim rings
    more!!!

If interested in anything, please message for details and pictures. If its not listed here, just ask. Worst I can do is say no. Located in Connecticut but can crate and ship anything.

    Thanks
    Joe

Hi Joe, I'm interested in your brake pedal assembly. Does this include the clutch pedal as well? Can you send a picture?

Good for you! Can’t wait to see what your creativity brings, hope you share it with the forum. I bet these SL’s would be enjoyed more with an in-line 4 fuel injected set up making 180HP’s.
