    after the ball

I don't have many shots of after the ball, but here's a few to start the thread. We began with twelve 190sl's and four civilians, ending with nine and two.

One of the interesting "events" on the back road tour was a run down the "Tail of the Dragon" and lunch at a "biker's bar" at Deals Gap. This road is to the motorcycle crowd what the Rubicon is to the 4-wheel guys. It is the tightest road I have ever driven with switchback after switchback. FUN.

And the "resort" at Deal's Gap. The picture dosen't show the fifty or so motorcycles parked in front of the resort.

Here we are at a picnic table in front of the "Tree of Shame" at Deal's Gap. It is filled with broken motorcycle parts left along the "Tail of the Dragon" by riders with more disire than ability.
