    Space problem with Air-log

    Good morning to all,
I address this question to those who mount the original airlog + adapter plates + Weber + rubber flanges between carburetor and intake manifold (all together).
In my car although I don't have the rubber flanges (about 5 mm thick) between the carburettor and the intake manifold and with the Weber and the adapter plates I mount with difficulty the airlog because it enters precisely into the space that remains towards the heat excanger on the right side.
Who also has rubber flanges how does he fit the airlog?
Can you put some advice or some pictures about it?
    Thanks!!

You could try thinner soft mounts, which I did and I found them much easer to fit properly.
Quite thin but very good. I beleive they would solve your problem.

    Francesco,

I have the large Weber soft mounts and the adapter plates and my air log fits fine. I can get a picture when I get back home.

    Hi Gerry,
on the adapter plates do you have studs or threaded holes?
    Thanks!
